Hello, Sister!
If you feel that the product you received does not match the one you ordered, don’t worry. Cekhas offers a Product Exchange Guarantee, valid up to 7 working days after the product is received. You can exchange your item by following the procedure below:
Terms & Conditions for Product Exchange
1. The product does not match the buyer's order (packaging/shipping error).
2. The size ordered is incorrect (can only be exchanged for the same design in a different size, if available).
3. The received item is defective or damaged.
4. The product to be exchanged must not be damaged, dirty, or washed.
5. The item to be returned must be in the same condition as when received.
If we find that the returned item does not meet conditions 1-5, the item cannot be exchanged and will be returned to the buyer.
Items that Cannot be Exchanged/Returned
1. Purchases made using a voucher, as the voucher value is non-refundable.
2. Items bought during a promotion.
Procedure for Exchange/Return
1. If the buyer's order is incorrect or damaged, the buyer can claim this guarantee within 7 working days. The buyer can return the product, and Cekhas will exchange it with the same product or as agreed with the buyer.
2. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form and send it to the Cekhas Admin on WhatsApp for confirmation.
3. Once the buyer receives confirmation from Cekhas, regarding the availability of a replacement item or other compensation, the buyer can resend the item to be exchanged to the Cekhas address.
4. Shipping costs for the exchange, both to and from the buyer, are borne by the buyer, except if the return is due to an incorrect order or a defective item, in which case Cekhas will cover all shipping costs.
Cekhas also offers repair services for products purchased a while ago, if the product is still repairable. Sister can contact the Cekhas Admin on WhatsApp for consultation.
